Happy weekend everyone!
As you all know, the decks continue to be en route to me. :) And I continue to wait with extreme patience [read: impatience 🤣]. Seriously though, I am patient. Most days. 😉
In the meantime, I had mentioned to you last time that I ordered the shipping materials (such as the individual cardboard boxes and cushioning paper) that I'll use to package up the decks to send to you once they arrive.
Today is a quick update to let you know that the shipping materials have arrived (I was happy to support a local supplier). I ordered them to arrive now, even though the decks haven't arrived yet, to give myself some time to put together all the boxes. There are a few hundred of them, and I would rather have them all in advance with time to put them together.
By the next update, I hope to share with you my creative thinking for storing all the constructed boxes in the apartment!! 🤣 Plus, also a plan to cover them all to prevent them from picking up dust, because #catmom over here 😜 (even though I vacuum the apartment 3 times a week, it's just a reality). For dust prevention, I'm thinking I'll use clean sheets and a clean tablecloth. And for storing, so far I'm thinking perhaps under the Clavinova (an electronic piano from the 90s), and then maybe in the bedroom along the only wall that has some space 🤣🤣🤣 #apartmentlife
Eli inspected the cardboard box delivery and confirmed it's all there too. He's helpful that way.
That's all for now, lovelies. Remember that if your friends missed the Kickstarter, they can still preorder. They won't automatically get the extras you're getting as a KS backer, but they can always add them as add-ons, or they can just get the deck (obviously with the guidebook and box!). 😘

Happy Sunday everyone!
A quick update to keep you all in the loop. :)
Decks are in transit :)
The decks are now in transit from the printer to me! As mentioned, it will take a few weeks for them to travel/get through the customs process, before they arrive at my door. And I'm soooo excited for them to arrive to me so I can get them packaged up for you!!!
Prepping stretch goals!
In the meantime, all the stretch goals have arrived, so I have been staying busy before work in the mornings/after work in the evenings/on the weekends getting the stretch goals all organized, in manageable chunks (an hour or two at a time). I have also prepped the certificates of authenticity. But no sneak peeks at those ;) I want to keep some fun little joys for you all when you open your boxes!
Shipping materials and prep
I've also placed an order for the shipping boxes and cushioning that I'll need to package up your decks and stretch goals. I placed the shipping materials order on a delayed delivery (to arrive to me in a couple weeks from now). This is because I want a couple weeks to gradually get the shipping boxes set up in advance of the decks arriving to me, but we also live in an apartment with limited space. So I can't have the shipping boxes arriving to me too quickly, otherwise we'll be wading through shipping materials (can we say workplace hazard?? :D).
Oh and here are a couple photos of my temporary assembly lines for the sets of altar cards! I set up a couple tv trays in my livingroom to put together the altar cards as sets, so that it will save some time getting them into your shipping boxes once the decks arrive to me. The sets of stretch goals are now safely back in a few boxes (also in the livingroom...there isn't really anywhere else to put anything haha!).

Chakra Healing Tarot Deck Manufacturing Complete!!!

Hi everyone!
Guess what!
Chakra Healing Tarot has now been fully manufactured!!!!! Woohooooooo!!!!!
This is SUCH an exciting milestone!! Here's what it means:
When the printer completed the deck, I sent the balance of the payment to them (late this past week).
When the printer receives the payment this coming week (it can take up to 5 business days for the payment to go through), the printer will ship the decks to me.
The decks will be shipped to me, and will take several weeks (about a month and a half) to arrive at my door.
Once I have received the decks, I will be working quickly to get them all packaged up with the stretch goals and get them shipped to you!
In the meantime, I have also begun to receive your lovely stretch goals! More are still on the way, but it's just so exciting for these beauties to be arriving at my door! I know, I know...I still have to wait several more weeks for the decks to get to me, but I'm just getting so excited to be able to start packaging them up to send to you all!
In the meantime, here are a couple photos! Below includes a phoeo of the box (we're looking out at the magical land from a crystal-encrusted cave!!) and the guidebook. Plus one of the boxes of stretch goals!

Hello to everyone from (currently) sunny and warm Toronto!
I hope you're all staying healthy and well.
This is a really quick touch base just to stay in touch and let you know that Chakra Healing Tarot is getting close to the front of the printing cue! Yeayyy so exciting!!! The printer will share some photos with me when it's being printed, so I'll be sure to pass those on to you once I receive them!
